Rambouillet has many of the same characteristics as merino, but with a longer staple and a bit less sheen. It is both springy and dense! It holds its shape well and maintains a soft-hand. Incredible to use in cables because of its balance of maintaining stitch definition and creating a lofty, airy fabric, this yarn also lends well to colorwork and steeked projects.
