R:E:D: is a book to raise awareness of endangered animals through design. A knitting book and an educational book, it contains patterns for both children and adults. This is a collection of kits for some of the amazing sweaters in the book. Please note that the patterns are only available in the R:E:D book.

This adorable Polar Bear sweater is designed by Lisa Renner in Tosh Merino Light. The beautiful blending of colors in the body of sweater is meant to represent a sunset, with our polar bear walking across a field of snow. It’s worked in double knitting with the yarn held double.

Sizes: 12-18 mo (2-3 yr, 4-5 yr, 6-7 yr)

Tosh Merino Light in this kit: Antler, Translation, Mythical Beast, Sycamore, Nassau Blue, Light Across the Grasses (yarn included is sufficient for all sizes)

Needles required: US Sizes 4 (3.5 mm) & 7 (4.5 mm)
