Lisa Richardson first started to think about these pieces when her little one was tiny. When she was carrying him in his little carrier, she wanted his ankles to be warm as his trousers pulled up, or losing lots of hats as he pulled them off at every opportunity!

These designs have details that mean that items can be worn with cuffs turned up, then unfolded. Or knit without cuffs and then add cuffs later. So much love and time is put into knits, it only seems right to make sure they can be worn for as long as possible.
