Rachel designed this shawl last year, and it’s been a huge hit ever since! Here is what she has to say about her design: “Two alternating solid colors are striped together, punctuated by feather and fan lace sections in a third, coordinating variegated color. Or, you can use 3 solids in your favorite colors for an equally lovely effect! The garter and lace sections get larger as the shawl grows, a bit like ripples on the water. Hence the name Ripple Effect!”
